And we're supposed to trust them with the war?

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said yesterday that Democrats should not seek a unified position on an exit strategy in Iraq, calling the war a matter of individual conscience and saying differing positions within the caucus are a source of strength for the party. . .

"There is no one Democratic voice . . . and there is no one Democratic position," Pelosi said in an interview with Washington Post reporters and editors.

The Iraq War is by far the central issue of this decade, and the Dems have no position on it? While she's addressing timetables, the only reason they have no concensus on that is because they have no unity on the war, either.

This has to be the lamest spin of the year:

She believes that "differing positions within the caucus are a source of strength for the party."

Right. . . A situation that divides her party into warring factions and makes them look completely indecisive during wartime. I guess Weakness is Strength, as Orwell might say.

Check out a funny site dedicated to the absurdity and satire nature of saying "It's All George Bush's Fault!"
