A new symbol for the Red Crescent

Israel has finally been admitted into the International Red Cross. That's right, the international community has decided to let Jewish people help others. Of course, the Jews had to give up their holy symbol to seal the deal. Everyone else is able to work beneath their own symbol, but not Israel.

Anyone confused as to why? Natch, Muslims and their Leftist apologists hate the Jews. So they can come in, but it's leave their heritage at the door. They have to work under a red crystal shape.

I think in the spirit of fairness Muslims should do the same, trading in their Red Crescent for a more 'appropriate' sign. I have a helpful suggestion:

Hehe. Love it. Linked it.

Also, check out what some clever Chinese guy (or maybe Iranian? nah) is probably trying to figure out how to do, now.

Cheers?

I know the seriousness behind this picture, but I have to say that it made me laugh...albeit in a rueful sort of way.

I'd read about the whole mess in the news, and it really is crazy. Red Cross? OK. red Crescent? OK. Red Star of David? No.

How about EVERYBODY give up their respective symbols and EVERYBODY adopt a single sign. I suggest either a big fat red smiley face or else this internationally recognized symbol in red:

Sheesh.
