Directions: Put eggnog into your coffee.
Not being a big fan of eggy curds, I was afraid this might mix weirdly. It turned out pretty well, if you're into eggnog. As Yogi Berra might say, for people who like this sort of thing, it's the sort of thing they like.

Starbucks dilutes the eggnog with whole milk for their eggnog lattes. That might help with the curdle factor if you're worried about it. Yummy!

The type of egg nog is about like ice cream mix; very creamy and sweet. I've used egg nogs from Anderson-Ericksen, Land-O-Lakes and Schroeder. Who knows, maybe all these come from the same processing plant anyway.

BTW, if you make eggnog, use pasteurized shell eggs, and you don't have to custardize.
