This week we're going with an Asian theme. Our first bit of narcissistic self-disclosure is my hookah pipes. I'd wanted one ever since the Zab Zum Zum in San Francisco.
The blue one is from an Iranian friend, and is called something that sounds like "hubba-bubba." The gold pipe is a shisha we picked up in Cairo. I'm eventually going to do up a corner table with cushions, the pipes and a chess set.
These guys are the Buddhist statues at the Hao Long, the local Vietnamese restaurant. I dig them. Our church currently meets there for worship, and I can't help thinking it's beneficial for these two to hear the Gospel. Sadly, so far they've remained pretty unresponsive. . .

Well, you never know what's going on inside, right? ;-)
